The turnaround time for refunds to be received from your travel provider range from 14-21 days.
As soon the funds have been received by us, we will apply the amount towards your loan balance and issue any overage to your card on file. Please be advised that the refund amount will be less the value of any airfare or travel credits that were issued to you.
If you are expecting a refund and your loan payment is scheduled to be debited, we are able to delay your payment within your 15 day grace period. This should allow enough time for your refund to be received and processed by UpLift. To request this process, please call our support group at 1-844-257-5400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your loan payment has recently processed and you are expecting a refund, your loan balance will be adjusted accordingly.
